Embarcadero II Sidewalk Project (CLICK HERE)

Weather permitting, starting Tuesday, April 18 thru April 28, on Building "A", there will be construction  going on in regard to sidewalk replacement in front of Units 01 - 06, 07 - 12, 49 - 54, 55 - 60. We are planning on keeping inconveniences to a minimum.  Some jackhammer noise will start after 8 AM.  The process will be taking out small areas at a time with no more than 2 days to tear out and replace with new concrete in each area being worked on. There will be caution tape, barricades, and we will make every effort to accommodate tenants/owners access to units while the work is being done.   After Building "A" is completed, Building "B" will be next with the same work going on.  We will notify you in advance of starting on Building "B".  Then on to Buildings "C" and "D" after "B". Any questions can be directed to hello@heywoodmanagement.com.  If you have questions for the contractor, you may contact Jim at 928-660-2796.  We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we continue with the improvements to the property. Thank you.
